Agra, India. I always thought the Taj Mahal was solid white until I got up close.

Chow Time
every friday

I was in the mood for a big crunchy salad filled with goodies and my husband was in the mood for a fat, gooey grilled cheese sandwich - so this happened.

How to start the day.

The famous Delmonico's restaurant in New York City offered things like this on their breakfast menu circa 1893:  Codfish tongues with chopped sauce, Baked small green turtles, Roasted bear steak, Truffled pig's feet and, thank goodness, rum omelets.
