Radish Butter with Anchovies on Pumpernickel.
Three ingredients for a delicious spread.
Ingredients
12 - 14 radishes, ends trimmed and dried with paper towels
1 stick butter, room temperature
1 tablespoon anchovy paste
Party-sized pumpernickel rye bread
Salt to taste
The Recipe
Chop radishes in a food processor until fine. Add butter and anchovy paste and blend well. Serve on party pumpernickel and sprinkle with a little salt, if desired. Serves 6 - 8.
