Utah Lamb Burgers
          

A visit to beautiful Utah - and a wonderful lamb burger with a sour cream-cucumber sauce.


      Ingredients

1 pound lean ground lamb

Salt and pepper

1/3 cup sour cream

1/3 cup diced cucumbers

1/3 cup crumbled Feta cheese

1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint

2 Kaiser rolls, sliced and buttered

1 small tomato, sliced


      The Recipe

Form two large burgers and place on grill.  Season with salt and pepper.  Flip to sear on spices and season second side.  Allow to grill for about 8 minutes.  Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine sour cream, cucumbers, Feta and mint.  Set aside.

Flip burgers to sear the second side.  Allow to cook for a few more minutes, or until done.  Lightly toast rollls on the grill.

Place burgers on the rolls and top generously with sour cream sauce and a tomato slice.  Serves 2.
