My new favorite kind of pizza.


      Ingredients

1 store bought 9" x 12" pizza crust

2/3 cup grated Greyere cheese

2/3 cup heavy cream, divided

1 1/4 cup diced potatoes, steamed until tender

1 1/4 cup diced ham

1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon

1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese


      The Recipe

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.  Unroll pizza crust on baking sheet (if it doesn't come with parchment paper, lightly oil the pan).

Cook about 5 minutes and remove from oven.  Sprinkleon Gruyere, drizzle with 1/3 cup cream and arrange potatoes and ham on top.  Sprinkle with tarragon.  Drizzle on remaining cream and top with blue cheese.

Bake another 15 - 20 minutes or until crust and top is browned.  Makes about 12 pieces.
