Lasagna Crackers
          

In four minutes, you'll have a homemade cracker that will steal the show.


      Ingredients

4 sheets fresh lasagna noodles

Vegetable oil

Coarse sea salt

Dried oregano

Grated Parmesan


      The Recipe

Preheat oven to 500 degrees F.  Brush two large baking sheets with oil.  Arrange pasta on sheets in a single layer.  Lightly brush tops with more oil.  Sprinkle with salt.  Bake 3 minutes, top with oregano and cheese and bake 1 - 2 minutes more.  Break into pieces.  Store in sealed plastic bags at room temperature for up to a week.
