Raspberry-Black Pepper Glazed Ham
          

An explosion of flavor.


      Ingredients

7 - 8 pound semi-boneless cooked ham half

3 tablespoons brown mustard

3 - 4 tablespoons raspberry jam

Juice of 1 lime

3 tablespoons brown sugar

1 - 2 tablespoons ground black pepper

2 tablespoons cream

3 tablespoons red wine


      The Recipe

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.  Prepare ham by making lengthwise slits all across the top, going down about an inch or two.  Place in large roasting pan.

In a medium bowl, comvbine remaining ingredients and mix well.  Brush about half of the glaze on ham.  Bake 1 1/2 hours, uncovered, basting two more times with the remaining glaze.

Serves 10.  Note:  Have someone else clean the pan.
