Hawaiian Salt Bark
Dark chocolate bark with macadamia nuts and gourmet salt. There is a designer salt called Hawaiian Red Alaea sea salt. If you Google it, there are many places online to purchase it. Hawaiians have used it for centuries not only on food, but it is used to bless homes. It is considered a sacred salt because the salt comes from the sea, and its red color is from the red clay from the earth. It's a little mellower than regular salt. If you don't want to bother ordering this special salt, you can easily substitute regular coarse sea salt in this recipe.
