4 bone-in, skin-on chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon brown mustard
2 tablespoons steak sauce
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Juice of one lime (or lemon)
1 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Arrange chicken in a roasting pan.
In a medium bowl, whisk together oil, mustard, steak sauce, garlic, salt, pepper and lime juice. Pour evenly over chicken. (If you like, you can marinate it in the refrigerator for an hour or two). Cover pan with heavy foil and bake 45 - 50 minutes.
Remove foil and switch oven to broil. Arrange Parmesan all over the tops of the chicken. Put under broiler for 4 - 5 minutes, or until tops are golden brown. Serves 4.
