Watch him put together a Chicken and Broccoli Stir Fry with Cashews!
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 1/2 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 cups chicken stock
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 pounds broccoli florets, steamed until fork tender
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 cup salted cashews
Heat oil in a large skillet. Add chicken pieces and cook, stirring, until pink is almost gone. Sprinkle with flour and stir one minute. Add chicken stock, garlic and salt and bring to a boil. Fold in broccoli and turn heat to low. Add tomatoes and cook one more minute. Add cashews last. Serves 4.
