Murphy's Spiralizer Spaghetti
My 3-year old granddaughter shows me the ropes on how to use a spiralizer.
Ingredients
1 large zucchini, ends trimmed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup spaghetti sauce
About 10 one-inch meatballs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
The Recipe
Spiralize the zucchini into a medium saucepan. Drizzle olive oil and salt over. Saute over medium heat (8046, according to Murphy) until tender, about 4 minutes. Transfer to paper towel-lined serving platter and pat dry. Remove paper towel and arrange zucchini.
Meanwhile, warm spaghetti sauce and meatballs in medium saucepan. Spoon over 'spaghetti' and top with Parmesan. Serves two.
