Mango Bango Swordfish
          

Grilled swordfish topped with a Caribbean-inspired spicy mango sauce.


      Ingredients

2 swordfish steaks (about 1" thick)

mayonnaise

2 mangos (soft to touch, but not mushy), peeled with meat cut off

2 teaspoons bottled hot sauce (more or less depending on your taste)

1 heaping tablespoon sour cream


      The Recipe

Brush swordfish with mayonnaise to prevent sticking on grill.  Season with salt and pepper.  Grill (or broil) swordfish just until cooked through.

Meanwhile, place mango meat in a food processor.  Add hot sauce and sour cream and process until smooth.

Top grilled swordfish with lots of Mango Bango sauce.  Serves 4.  If you have any sauce left, it's also great on chicken.
