Alaskan King Crab Legs with Creamy Lime Butter
          

Because you're worth it!


      Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds Alaskan King Crab legs (about 3 legs)

4 tablespoons butter

Juice of 1 lime

Pinch of red pepper flakes

2 tablespoons cream


      The Recipe

Bring 3" of water to a boil in a large steamer pot.  Add crab legs, cover and let steam about 10 minutes, until warmed through.  Meanwhile, in the microwave or a small saucepan, melt butter.  Whisk in lime juice, red pepper flakes and cream to use for a dipping sauce.  Serves 2.
