No-Bake Peanut Butter & Jelly Pie
          

A delicious dessert for all ages.


      Ingredients

1 package cream cheese (8 ounces), room temperature

1 cup smooth peanut butter

1 cup powdered sugar

1 container whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed

1/2 cup blackberry jam

1 graham cracker crust (9")

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup fresh blackberries


      The Recipe

In a food processor, blend cream cheese and peanut butter.  Fold in powdered sugar.  Transfer to a large bowl.  Mix in 1 1/2 cups of the whipped topping.  Swirl in the blackberry jam.  Spoon into the pie shell.  Lightly salt the top.  Spread the remaining whipped topping on top and decorate with berries.  Refrigerate a couple of hours so it firms up for easier slicing.  Serves 8.
