Lemon-Cranberry Italian Ice

Refreshing, tart Lemon-Cranberry Italian Ice - only 4 ingredients.


1 cup water

1/2 cup sugar

1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4) - Meier lemons if you can get them!

1 cup frozen cranberry juice concentrate

      The Recipe

In a small saucepan, bring water and sugar to a boil.  Let boil 5 minutes.  Allow to cool completely.

Add both juices to cooled sugar water and stir in.  Transfer to a gallon freezer bag and place on cookie sheet.  Place in freezer 3 - 4 hours, turning twice.  Serves 4 - 8.  Nice as a refresher between coarses at a dinner party, or for dessert with a fine piece of chocolate.
