Chocolate-Peanut Butter-Marshmallow Lollipops
          

Peanut butter-stuffed marshmallows dipped in dark chocolate.  Perfect for parties and people of all ages.


      Ingredients

2 cups semi-sweet chocolate morsels

35 marshmallows

1/3 cup chunky-style peanut butter

35 short, wooden skewers


      The Recipe

Melt chocolate in the top of a double boiler over hot, but not boiling water.

Meanwhile, with a small sharp knife, cut a slit in one end of each marshmallow.  Separate with fingers to make a pocket.  Stuff with about 1/2 teaspoon of peanut butter.  Insert skewer in opposite end.  Dip halfway in melted chocolate.  Allow to dry on waxed paper.  Store, covered, at room temperature.  Makes 35.
