1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
1 1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups old-fashioned oats
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
1 cup raisins
3/4 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a food processor, cream together peanut butter, butter and brown sugar. Mix in vanilla and eggs.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. Add to peanut butter mixture and process just until mixed in. Transfer dough to a large bowl and fold in remaining ingredients.
Place heaping teaspoonfuls of dough on ungreased baking sheets 1" apart and bake 12 minutes or until lightly golden. Do not overbake. Cool on wire racks. Makes 65.
