Strawberries with Honey-Brie Dip

Sweet, farm-picked berries with the perfect Brie dip.


4 quarts ripe, farm-picked strawberries, rinsed

1 pouned double cream Brie cheese, white rind partially removed

3/4 cup skim milk

4 tablespoons honey

Mint leaves for garnish

      The Recipe

Cut Brie into chunks and place in food processor.  Add milk and honey and process on high for one minute, or until smooth and creamy.  Place dip in a bowl, garnish with mint and serve alongside a big bowl of strawberries.  Serves a crowd.  Recipe easily halved.
