1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

2 teaspoons sugar

1 1/2 shots bourbon

Big splash of bitters

1 orange peel

1 marschino cherry

Whip cream in a medium bowl until soft peaks form.  Add sugar and whip until medium stiff.

Place one ice cube in an old-fashioned glass.  Add bourbon and bitters.  Pile high with whipped cream.  Run the orange peel around the rim of the glass and set on cream.  Top off with a cherry.
