Paradise Punch from St. Barths
          

After (too) much experimenting, I came up with the perfect tropical rum punch.


      Ingredients

Per drink:

1 1/2 shots dark rum

1 jigger (1 1/2 ounces) banana juice

1 1/2 jiggers mango juice

1 jigger orange juice 

1/2 jigger coconut milk

Juice of 1/2 lime

1 1/2 tablespoons heavy cream

1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg

Potato chips


      The Recipe

Put just a few ice cubes in a pint glass.  Add the rum, all the juices, the coconut milk and the lime juice.  Give it a stir.  Drizzle the dream on the top (don't mix in).  Sprinkle the nutmeg on the cream.  Must serve with potato chips.
