4 steaks, your choice of cut
Very coarse ground black pepper
Coarse sea salt
6 tablespoons sweet butter (3/4 stick), softened
2 teaspoons chopped garlic
1 tablespoon brown mustard
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup chopped fresh sage leaves
Sprinkle both sides of the steaks with pepper and salt, pressing it into the surface. Grill steaks.
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, mash butter, adding garlic, mustard and Parmesan cheese. Fold in chopped sage.
Immediately after steaks come off grill, smear the tops with sage butter. Enjoy, while thinking of all the money you'll save by not going to an overpriced restaurant.
