Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a medium bowl, mix together everything but the ribs. Pour half of the sauce over the ribs, cover with heavy foil and bake 45 minutes. Uncover pan, pour remaining sauce over and roast about 30 minutes more, adding more liquid to pan if necessary. Serves 8 - 10. Note: You can also finish them off on the grill, basting with the sauce.
