Season flour with peppers and salt to taste. In a deep fryer or deep skillet, heat vegetable or peanut oil until it passes the sizzle test. Fry until lightly golden, about 2 - 3 minutes. Do not overcook or they will be tough. Eat straight up, splashed with a little lemon, or with your choice of sauces. They're really tender, taste like chicken/liver and of course, are a real conversation piece.
