Beautiful, delicious, healthy and only 4 ingredients.
4 - 5 sweet, ripe tomatoes, cut into chunks
4 ripe but somewhat firm mangos, peeled and cut into chunks
1/2 cup coarsely chopped basil leaves
1/2 cup of your favorite Italian dressing
Simply put everything in a salad bowl and mix gently. Always serve at room temperature and never refrigerate. Serves 4.
