Ridiculously Easy Pumpkin-Peanut Butter Soup
          

Warm a handful of ingredients in a pot and you're done!


      Ingredients

4 cups canned, pureed pumpkin

3 cups vegetable stock or broth

1/3 cup smooth peanut butter

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg

2 cups light cream (or half and half)


      The Recipe

Combine all ingredients except cream in a soup pot.  Over medium heat, bring to a simmer, stirring.  Lower heat, stir in cream and heat through.  Serves 6.
