4 buttermilk pancakes 4 tablespoons butter 1 1/2 cups fresh blackberries 1 teaspoon sugar 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup heavy cream Dark chocolate Bacon (of course) The Recipe
Melt butter in a small saucepan. Add berries, sugar and salt. Simmer for a minute. Add cream and warm through. Spoon on top of pancakes and finish off with shaved dark chocolate.
