Cheesy Tomato Party Bagelettes
          

I've been tossing these out to company for 20 years, and they go like hotcakes.


      Ingredients

20 miniature bagels, halved
1 1/2 cups grated Swiss cheese
1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes (I use scissors)
About 1 cup mayonnaise.
20 miniature bagels, halved (you can use 10 regular-sized, too)


      The Recipe

In a large bowl put Swiss cheese, Parmesan, tomatoes and mayonnaise. Put a teaspoonful of the mixture onto each bagelette half and bake on cookie sheets at 375 degrees about 7 minutes, then lightly brown under broiler.  Makes 40.
