Parmesan Crisps

Great crackers to serve with red wine! Two ingredients!

      Ingredients

1 ½ cups grated Parmesan cheese (not the canned kind).
1 Tablespoon flour.

      The Recipe

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, mix ingredients well. Place little piles by the teaspoonful on non-stick baking sheets (or use parchment paper), one inch apart. Bake 15 minutes or until lightly golden. Makes 36.
Serving suggestions: Parmesan Crisps have so many uses: Break them in half and use as croutons for salads (especially Caesar); serve with soup (especially tomato), serve with a dip (like tuna), serve as an accent to fresh fruit; or just eat them like chips. Store at room temperature in a sealed container.
