Silent Movie Sweet Whiskey Popcorn
          

A silent movie showing how to make killer popcorn.


      Ingredients

4 quarts hot, freshly popped popcorn

7 tablespoons butter

1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

1/2 cup whiskey

1 1/2 teaspoons salt


      The Recipe

In a medium saucepan, melt butter.  Add brown sugar, whiskey and salt.  Bring to a boil and cook, stirring for 2 minutes.  Pour over popcorn, toss well and serve immediately.  Serves 4 - 6.  Note:  It's even delicious the next day - the popcorn will be slightly chewy (like a good popcorn ball).
