It'll put hair on your chest.
1 stick unsalted butter
1 tablespoon ground cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon ground white pepper
1 tablespoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
6 - 8 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
6 - 8 medium wooden skewers
Melt butter in a small bowl in the microwave (covered). Stir in all spices.
Cut chicken into big chunks and put five or six chunks on each skewer. Brush with a little of the pepper butter. Grill 6 - 8 minutes, turning, or until chicken is done. Place on serving platter and drizzle with more pepper butter (you don't necessarily have to use all of it). Serve with maybe fruit salad and sourdough bread. Or a creamy potato salad and some tomatoes.
Notes: I have made smaller kabobs and served them as hor d'oeuvres at parties and they're always the first to go. Also, it's a good idea to soak the wooden skewers in water for an hour or two so they don't burn as much on the grill.
