Split Cornish Game Hens on the grill with a hot pepper jelly glaze - and the strangest dinner guest ever!
2 Cornish Game hens, halved
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup hot pepper jelly
Season hens with salt and pepper and grill just like you would chicken, turning once or twice.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, heat ketchup and stir in hot pepper jelly until melted. Brush a little glaze on the hens while they're grilling and use remaining glaze when they're almost done.
Serves 2 - 4, depending on what else you're serving.
