Grilled chicken breasts with a molasses glaze.
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon coarse black pepper
1/2 cup molasses
6 pieces of chicken
Heat grill.
In a medium bowl, whisk together ketchup, soy, garlic, pepper and molasses. Grill chicken, basting and turning frequently until chicken is done. Serves 6.
