Larry's Pan-Fried Shishito Peppers

Only three ingredients and as addicting as potato chips.


Ingredients:

About 3 cups of fresh Shishito peppers

3 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons soy sauce


Recipe:

Melt butter in a medium frying pan.  Saute peppers for 8-10 minutes over medium heat, occasionally stirring, until they soften and start becoming blistered.  Add soy sauce and toss for another 30 seconds.  Serves 4 as a side dish, or 1 if it's for me.
