Created for marshmallow lovers.
For two martinis:
6 ounces Citron Vodka
2 heaping tablespoons marshmallow cream
1/2 teaspoon water
1/4 cup brown sugar
6 mini marshmallows + two wooden skewers
Pour vodka into a martini shaker along with some ice. Allow to chill. Place marshmallow cream in a small pie plate. Using two spoons (because it's so sticky) mix marshmallow cream with water to thin out. Place brown sugar in another small pie plate. Dip martini glass rim in marshmallow, then brown sugar. Add chilled vodka. Skewer three mini marshmallows on each of two wooden sticks and roast over candle (they have a tendency to catch fire, so just blow out marshmallows - you want them to be burnt). Garnish martini. Serves 2.
