Completely addicting (and healthy) baby soy beans tossed in a savory spice mixture.
1 1/2 pounds frozen edamame bean pods
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add edamame and let cook 10 minutes. Meanwhile, mix all spices together in a small bowl. Drain edamame, place in bowl and toss with spices. Eat slightly warm or room temperature. Store in refrigerator. Serves about 6 as a snack.
