Blue Cheese Bites

Three ingredients, ten minutes, perfect with red wine.

1 stick butter

1 tube (8 count) large buttermilk biscuits

1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.  Place butter in a 10" glass pie plate.  Place in oven for a few minutes until the butter melts.

Meanwhile, using kitchen scissors, cut biscuits into small pieces.  Remove pie plate from oven and arrange dough bits in single layer on top of butter.  Sprinkle blue cheese on top.  Return to oven for 10 minutes, or until golden.  To eat:  just pluck the bits of dough by hand and enjoy with red wine.  Good warm, room temperature and I've even eaten them cold from the fridge.
