Three ingredients, ten minutes, perfect with wine.
1 stick butter
1 tube (8 count) large buttermilk biscuits
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place butter in a 10" glass ie plate. Put in oven for a few mnutes until the butter melts.
Meanwhile, using kitchen scissors, cut biscuits into bite-sized pieces. Remove pie plate from oven and arrange dough bits in a single layer on top of butter. Sprinkle blue cheese on top. Return to oven for 10 minutes, or until golden. To eat: Just pluck the bits of dough by hand and enjoy with a glass of wine. Best warm or room temperature.
