Pan-cooked eggs with cream and Gruyere cheese. The kind that French women love to eat and never gain weight.
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup grated Gruyere cheese
1/4 cup heavy cream
Salt and pepper
Heat butter in medium skillet. Break eggs into pan and lightly break up. Grate cheese over top, then drizzle cream. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until bottom is browned. Transfer to plate. Serves 1 or 2. Perfect with orange juice and croissants.
