Delicious cake bon-bons with a touch of bourbon.
1 Stick of Butter
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
2/3 cup brickle (chopped up heath bar)
2-3 teaspoons bourbon
1 lb butterscotch morsels
Bake the cake. In a pot melt a stick of butter, mix in powdered sugar, brickle, and bourbon. Crumb up your pre made cake and put it into the mix in the pot. In a seperate pot melt about 1 lb of butterscotch morsels. Take balls of the cake dough and cover with the melted butterscotch. Place into a fluted cupcake wrapper and server.
