A creamy, tropical rum punch with all the flavors of an island getaway.
1 shot dark rum
1 shot banana rum
1 shot coconut rum
1/4 cup mango juice
1/4 cup unsweetened grapefruit juice
Splash of heavy cream
Ice cubes
Freshly grated nutmeg
Slice of lime
Into a cocktail shaker (or double the recipe in a blender), pour dark rum, banana rum, coconut rum, mango juice, grapefruit juice and cream. Add a handful of ice cubes. Put top on, shake well (so the cream will get frothy). Pour into pint glass. Garnish with nutmeg, a lime slice, and of course, a cocktail umbrella. Serves 1.
