Strawberries with Honey Brie Dip

Farm fresh strawberries with a perfect three ingredient dip.


4 quarts ripe strawberries, rinsed

1 pound double cream Brie cheese, white rind partially removed

3/4 cup skim milk

4 tablespoons honey

Mint leaves for garnish


Cut Brie into chunks and place in food processor.  Add milk and honey and process on high for one minute, or until smooth and creamy.  Place dip in a bowl, garnish with mint and serve alongside a giant bowl of strawberries.  I like to serve this at parties.  Serves a crowd.  Recipe easily halved.
