An easy, 3-ingredient recipe that goes perfectly with a glass of wine.
Extra Virgin olive oil
Crumbled blue cheese
Brush one side of the naan with oil. Place on a hot grill, oil-side down. Brush the other side with oil and grill just a couple of minutes until you see grill marks. Flip and sprinkle a generous amount of blue cheese. Turn grill to low, cover and finish grilling until cheese is melted. Serve warm with a glass of wine.
