From the Dragon Room Bar at the historic Pink Adobe Restaurant in Santa Fe, New Mexico. One of the most interesting margaritas I've had.
3 count Cointreau
5 count Tequila (recommended: 100% silver agave)
Juice of 1 lime
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 - 2 tablespoons simple syrup
3 tablespoons prickly pear puree
Salt the rim of a pint-sized glass (optional). In a shaker with lots of ice, put Cointreau, tequila, lime, lemon and simple syrup. Shake well. Pour into glass and stir in prickly pear puree. Garnish with lime wedge.
