My new favorite pizza. Very different from a traditional American pizza.
1 store-bought 9" x 12" pizza crust
2/3 cup grated Gruyere cheese
2/3 cup heavy cream, divided
1 1/4 cup diced potatoes, steamed until tender
1 1/4 cup diced ham
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Unroll pizza crust onto a sheet pan (if it doesn't come with parchment paper, lightly oil the pan). Cook crust about five minutes and remove from oven.
Sprinkle on Gruyere, drizzle with 1/3 cup cream, add potatoes, ham and tarragon. Drizzle on remaining cream and top with blue cheese.
Bake another 15 - 20 minutes, or until crust and top is browned. Makes 12 pieces. Note: Also great as an appetizer.
